Y me voy pa' Lima!

I LOVE YOU OREGON/FLORIDA

Wow! It has been a while since the last time I write on here...I've been pretty busy with work and other things in my head :)

We are now in Florida..amazing state! Sun all the time and TONS of elderly people!!! LOL. I'm not saying it in a bad way, but they are everywhere. It was soo cute at the beggining but now is like a virus...they reproduce with just some drops of water, like the Gremlins! OMG I'm so bad!

Anyway, we have been working in very beautiful country clubs around here; they are gorgeous and people seem so relax (must be because of the weather...no doubt and because 99.9% of them are retired). They have told me that Naples changed a lot within the years: lots of shopping centers, restaurants, gated communities and countless number of Country Clubs.
Winter is the best time to come here. The rest of the time, is almost dead because of the hot weather...a lot of heat and humidity...
I wouldn't change my beautiful Oregon for anything in this world, but now, being here...I wonder... :(
I mean Oregon is wonderful but is so cold and wet and gray (almost like Lima) and has part of my husband's past still around us (it seems silly but is not!).
I need to make a list with pros and cons:

OREGON
PROS:
  • Beautiful place to live
  • Trains and buses available almost everywhere
  • No sales taxes (yeeeeiiii!)
  • Live is not that expensive
  • Democratic state
CONS:
  • Gray and rainy almost all the time
  • Hubby past still around us
  • Very far from Lima (plane tickets - $$$)
I just realized there are more pros than cons...LOL! Me and my ideas!

FLORIDA
PROS:
  • Beautiful beaches and weather
  • Relax people
  • Very close to Lima (6 hours flight and very cheap too!)
  • Amazing peruvian restaurant (in Naples!)
  • Lots of affordable houses with acres...and pool!
CONS:
  • Lots of violence (according to the news)
  • No house or place to live yet
  • Lots of elderly people
  • A little expensive to live
  • No train :(
I think I have been making my brain think about this living situation but at the end I really don't care where we live, I know I'm happy with my husband, here or in hell! LOL

Happy Birthday to me!

Have an amazing normal day with my hubby! First we went to buy me a jacket but I didn’t find anything good in TJMaxx…of course I liked everything but not the clothes. Then we decided to look in Walmart, just in case, cause it’s getting very cold in Raleigh, and thank God we found a good one there. Then I wanted to have something to eat in Denny’s so we ate like pigs! LOL! Anyway, I had a wonderful time…My mom and sister called me from Peru and lots of friends wrote me on FB.
